In this page, we discuss the various options available for managing an account with pullup.

Your account

  • How do I update profile information like name, password, email and car?

  •  To update your profile information:

    1. Select the left navigation
    2. Tap Settings
    3. Tap “Change Email”, “Change Password” or “Change Car” and type in your new information, then tap the Save in the bottom.

  • I can't sign up for an account because an account with my email address already exists.

  •  If you signed up for a pullup account with your email address but you can't remember your password, you can reset your password and log into your account.
     If you've typed your email address correctly and see a message that an account with your email address already exists, let us know at support@pullupapp.io.

  • How do I delete my account?

  •  If you'd like your account deleted, please send us an email at support@pullupapp.io.

Trouble signing in

  • I forgot my password.

  •  If you have problems accessing you account, please use the forgot password feature on the login page of the pullup app.

  • What can I do if I don't receive a password reset email?

  •  If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible that the email is going in your email's spam filter or that you mistyped your email when you first signed up.
     To find your password reset email, please try doing the following:

    • Checking the spam filter on your email account
    • Getting in touch with your email service provider to make sure that you're able to get emails from the @pullupapp.io domain
    • If you mistyped your email address when signing up for your account, please email us at support@pullupapp.io.

  • What can I do if I receive a password reset email but still can't log in?

  •  If you've received an email but still aren't able to log in, try sending yourself a password reset email again.

  • What can I do if I receive a password reset email but still can't log in?

  •  If you've received an email but still aren't able to log in, try sending yourself a password reset email again.

  • What can I do if I have lost access to the email I initially signed up with?

  •  If you lost access to the email address you used to sign up for pullup, you can change the email address associated with your account in account settings in the app.

Account and notification settings

  • How do I log out of pullup?

  •  Open the navigation panel and tap “Logout”.

  • Where are my account settings?

  •  Open the navigation panel and tap "Settings".

  • When does pullup send push notifications to my device?

  •  We may send notifications for several reasons, including:

    • Someone has bought your listed parking spot
    • Your pullup is arriving
    • You, as an arriver, are nearing the destinated parking spot
    • Completion of a transaction
     Notifications can be configured in the settings page of the app.

  • How does pullup use my location information?

  •  If you've allowed pullup to access your location, this information is only used while you’re using the app. pullup uses your location to show where you are in the map so you can  easily list or find a parking spot.
